Here, you will find information on how to register with our cover school.  Forms are provided in Word Format, as well as PDF.  You may print them for mailing (Word Format) or you may follow instructions for digital registration.  If you choose to print and mail, please be sure to include the correct number of copies.  Sending the incorrect number of copies will delay registration.

ADDITIONAL FORMS

When using these forms, download them to your device prior to filling them out.  Once complete, you can email them to cra.al@outlook.com

If you fill them out on the site, your information will stay in the form and everyone after you will have access to it.

Digital Registration

When completing Registration via our Digital Signature option, you will follow the following process:

​

  1.    Pay the Registration Fee using the link below.   You may use PayPal balance, debit card, credit card or bank account.  You do not have to have a PayPal account to make payment.

  2.     Upon receipt of cleared payment, documents will be sent to you via the email address on your PayPal transaction.  If you would like them sent to another email, please send an email to cra.al@outlook.com.

  3.    Once you receive the forms, you will complete and sign them from any computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone.  Some fields are mandatory and must be completed.  You DO NOT have to print the forms or save them to your computer in order to complete them.

  4.    When they are complete, you will be able to send them back by following the prompts.  Once sent, you will receive a confirmation that they went through.  If you do not receive the confirmation, then they did not transfer and you will need to send them again.
